Prasanajit Mishra is the Founder and Managing Director of Shanvi Resources, with over 17 years of proven leadership in mineral exploration and mining strategy. He holds a B.E. in Mining Engineering, an MBA in Operations Management, and a PGDM in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, along with certifications in mining software, project management, and gemology.
Recognized as a Competent Person under JORC, NI 43-101, and CRIRSCO codes, Mr. Mishra ensures rigorous compliance with international reporting and operational standards. Under his leadership, Shanvi Resources executes high-impact exploration and development projects globally, guided by climate-smart, sustainable practices.
He is an active member of AusIMM, SME, PDAC, and SAIMM—reflecting his strong engagement with the global mining community.

JYOTI RANJAN DASH
Chief Technical Officer
Jyoti Ranjan Dash is a mining professional with over 20 years of experience in mineral exploration and mine planning. He specializes in greenfield and brownfield projects, with expertise in geological survey, resource estimation, and mine design using tools like SURPAC, MineSched, and AutoCAD.
A CRIRSCO-certified Competent Person, Mr. Dash ensures strict adherence to international reporting standards. He has led multi-commodity projects across India, Africa, and beyond, with a focus on chromite, copper, manganese, iron ore, and base metals.
He integrates climate-smart and sustainable practices aligned with IMS standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), contributing to responsible exploration and development worldwide.
DEBANANDA TRIPATHY
Vice President
Debananda Tripathy, a professional geoscientist having master’s degree in Earth Science with specialization in Remote Sensing and Master of Technology in Mineral Exploration from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, India.
He has enriched his experience in remote sensing, geographical information system and geological modelling and resource evaluation in various mineral commodities in India, Indonesia and African countries.
He has 29 years of work experience in mineral exploration projects in gold, iron, manganese, coal, lithium, gemstones in India, South Africa, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Zambia, Namibia, Cameroon and Indonesia.
He is a qualified Principal Natural Scientist in Geological and Geospatial Sciences from South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions. He is also a member of Geological Society of India, South Africa and Mozambique.
Since 2008, he has gained extensive experience working on the African continent. Prior to his current association, he served as a technical advisor for several coal and gold projects in Mozambique, South Africa, and Ghana.
MANORANJAN NATH

Manoranjan Nath is a seasoned mining professional with over 24 years of experience in various mining fields across both coal and metal sectors. He holds extensive expertise in project management, mine design and planning, mine development and production, as well as drilling and blasting operations.
He has successfully contributed to diverse mining projects, applying technical and managerial skills to optimize mine operations, enhance productivity, and ensure safety and compliance in mining activities.
He brings extensive hands-on operational experience and strong strategic planning skills, enabling efficient execution of complex mining projects and sustainable resource management.
LATIFUR RAHEMAN

Latifur Raheman is an accomplished finance professional with over five years of comprehensive experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, auditing, and taxation, including statutory and internal audits, and compliance management. He has a proven track record of ensuring accurate, transparent, and compliant financial operations across diverse industries.
He is skilled in managing end-to-end accounting processes, vendor management, payroll administration, and financial reporting. Combining strong analytical acumen with practical problem-solving abilities, he consistently drives efficiency and accuracy in business operations.
He is Proficient in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel, he excels in automating and streamlining financial workflows. Holding an MBA in Finance & Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accountancy), he brings both academic excellence and practical expertise to financial management and organizational growth.
